Does anyone know how easy or difficult it is to change from a BT small business line to a domestic line and would there be any costs involved also could you keep the same number .

At the moment the package is called BT working together or something like that we were persuaded a few years back to try this package it was meant to save money but the bills never got any smaller and its very confusing trying to understand how everything is calculated .

I have done it in the past without any issues. Wasn't difficult at all.

Although this was a few years ago now.
