Been playing the Ratchet and Clank Trilogy recently. The first game feel so old and basic going back to it. Ratchet 2 is a great example of the perfect sequel as it builds on everything the first games set-up and pretty much sets the mould for all future games in the series.
But I have taken a break over the weekend to above Ratchet burnout and returned to GTA Online again I have finally found a decent Sedan I like.

Mysterious Cities of Gold: Secret Paths - It's a casual puzzle game set where you have to guide the three kids from the Mysterious Cities of Gold cartoon through mazes. The game is set in China where series 2 of the cartoon was also set. You switch between which character you're controlling with the press of a button.
There are treasure chests to find on each level in slightly difficult to reach places and there are guards out to try and stop you that you need to sneak past without being seen. Each kid has their own special ability that means the mazes have to be solved in a certain way. Esteban can "call the sun" which activates pillars that in turn activate doors/pressure plates/switches etc. Zia can fit through small gaps in walls/doorways that the others can't. Tao has a pet bird that you can ask to go and fly off and steal keys from guards. For what it is, (a simple game), it's quite fun but nothing marvelous. Would rate it as a 5 or 6 out of 10 so far. |

Just started Ratchet 3, going back to poor weapons and no health is a real bummer when playing the trilogy back to back.

.....downloaded Halo 4 last week so been playing through that (have only previously played Halo CE). Loving all the weird and wonderful weapons in that!!
Does anyone know, if old Master Chief has a light on his helmet, which can be turned on and off - like in the original Halo, as I can't figure this out?!

Forza 5 - Xbox One
Test Drive Unlimited 2 - 360 Arcania: Gothic 4 - 360 I've pretty much memorised Nordscheife on FM5 now, so I can finally say I feel confortable on this track, though I'm still far from great. I tend to go through phases of favourite tracks I love to drive on and atm it's Spa and Nurburgring GP. As for TDU 2, man am I glad I stuck with it! It gets better the more you play and the physics almost become a non-issue (almost lol), at least to the point where you're not fighting with the game at every turn. It's such a huge game when you open up both islands, I guess this will last me a long time, I just hope I don't lose interest. Even all of the non-driving avatar stuff is semi-enjoyable, thankfully I picked a female character and am in the process of dressing her up as slutty as possible. Also been sucked into a pretty surprisingly cool RPG; Arcania. The game appears quite dated, the gfx especially. It has quite a low fps and terrible voice acting, all the things you would expect from a low budget WRPG really. However what it does have going for it is an enjoyable combat system, intuitive menus and leveling system which makes getting into the game a breeze despite it's depth. I'm about 5 hours in and I have to say it's a bit of a gem so far. I love playing these obscure RPGS!

I play a bit here and there but over my many systems.
PS3 Formula 1 Championship Edition (still stands up well today, especially with DFGT wheel). F1 2013 The Last of Us The Walking Dead Season 2 PS Vita Killzone: Mercenaries PSP Final Fantasy: Type 0 Smartphone Heroes of Steel Modern Combat 4 Leo's Fortune Monument Valley Sorcery! 2 Double Dragon Trilogy I should be getting my MOGA Pro controller today, so that should be great with certain games. |

First time I've posted in this thread...
the two games I'm playing most (both on the PC) are Civ 4 (primarily) RIM: Battle Planets (a really really obscure turn-based strategy from over ten years ago) |
