On my gaming computer, I have been mainly playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Garry's Mod. On Steam, I have a library of over 100 games and I'm planning to get a new GPU and PSU soon so I can play Arma III, DayZ and other games at decent FPS with really nice graphics!

I'm still playing watch_dogs but finally today after 8 months completed the story mode (hard as hell at times) broke a joypad at 1 point. Now playing for 100% if possible

Going to pick up that T Bone DLC soon for Watch_Dogs when it goes down in price, and I forced myself to play Sims 4 as I used to love it and as it goes I'm liking it.

Tough times waiting for GTA 5 on PC.

Just finished playing Beyond: Two Souls. I liked a lot.
Even though ending I got was kinda sad, it was still a better than the one I got for Heavy Rain.

Currently playing Borderlands The Handsome Collection on PS4

Started BL2 again from scratch, never completed it fully first time around on 360, forgot what a great game it is, loving it. Up to level 20 now & just got back to the Sanctuary after it goes into the sky for the first time.

Will start The pre-sequel once BL2 done & dusted so a long time yet

Apologies if the question has been asked/answered elsewhere but is it best to have played the original Borderlands before playing the Handsome Collection? I've considered buying the handsome collection but been skipping it because I never got that far with the original (not that I didn't like it, I just ended up playing something else instead).

Anyway, to bring the topic back on-topic, I decided to get an Xbox One a month or so ago... lately I've mostly been playing Titanfall. Great FPS.

Not really necessary to have played B1. But you really should try and go back to it (still, rumours persist about a remaster for this gen). There are references and characters throughout the game but B2 & TPS work as stand alone games. You can't go wrong. £38 for 2 games and all DLC.

Trying to decide what my next game will be. Want it to be Handsome Collection but waiting on the patch.

Android/Windows store apps' re increasingly bombarding us with adverts/DLC and PC gaming becoming more about hidden object/STEAM/needing accounts I've been playing emulators, Elder Scrolls Oblivion and DOOM 3.

I was the same as you, never completed borderlands 1 but doesn't effect anything for borderlands 2. Go get it, it's awesome.

I've heard many people question why BL1 wasn't included in the handsome collection, the simple answer is Borderlands 1 uses a different engine to BL2 & The Pre Sequel which both run on the same engine so it was easier to put together as a package.

What patch are you waiting for and which console?

Pillars of Eternity (on the PC) atm and it's stupidly addictive, like being back in the days of Planescape Torment and Baldur's Gate where you just have to finish off this next quest and before you know it, it's 2am.

Yeah, they are waiting on sales numbers for THC to see if porting a different engined game would be worth it.
Personally I think it would. The BL community is very loyal.

Both platforms. Both games. The patch will fix cross-save issues which result in BA rank loss. They've also got issues with lag and screen tearing as well as a few other minor tweaks that are needed. Patch should be out before weekend.
They've taken shift down also.

There are multiple threads on the Gearbox forums.

Tomb Raider Definitive Edition on Xbox One.

Not sure why its 'Definitive' though if I'm honest as this version only has 1 extra tomb over the standard edition!!!

I've played this before on the 360 but wanted to play it again on my X1 - not much difference again, if I'm honest!

Forgotten how ridiculously stupid some sections are : like when you're cascading through a river avoiding all the obstacles - one wrong move and you die (you can barely see where you're going because of all the water spray on the 'tv screen')!! Its literally trial and error until you get through it....!!!!!

All good apart from that....!!

Apart from the extra tomb, it's just a sound and graphics upgrade.
There's a couple of those sections. The death scenes are quite good when you mess up.

Right up there with the best games of last gen, I had it on 360 and loved it, got the silly named definitive edition on my ps4, not played it but I know one day I will, would be interesting to see any difference in visuals, thought they looked great in 2013 for last gen

Cheers guys, you convinced me. It'll be delivered tomorrow... just in time for the 4 day weekend

that was one my tiny problem with the game. that part, and the bit straight after with the parachute. terrible controls on those parts. i remember dying like only twice on my first playthrough and then probably around 15 - 20 times on my second
