I've gave up for now on Assassin's Creed Unity for now. I gone back to playing Far Cry 4.

I think using the slick controls in Batman made the controls in AC Unity even harder for me to get used to.

I had the same problem. Finished AC: Rogue and decided to go straight back to Unity to make some progress. The controls are so clunky. Climbing isn't as fluid and the fighting is much more difficult. I've chucked it back in the 'to do' pile again after 3 missions.

Finally started on South Park tSoT. - Funny.

Still making my way through Pillars of Eternity. Managed to get myself stuck in a bit with a drake I can't beat so will have to go back to an earlier save I think.
Also been playing a bit of Cities: Skylines.

After getting the Witcher platinum last week I haven't played anything since. Might play some more Witcher if they release missions as part of the free DLC, and will do an inventory clear up after the next patch that includes the storage chest.

I've got Bloodborne on the backlog, but I always struggle to get back into games once I've decided to move on from them. While I can appreciate Bloodborne is an amazing game, technically the best I've played this generation, I just find no enjoyment in dying all the time. It was fun at first as I wanted to challenge myself, but now the novelty has worn off and I can't be bothered anymore. Strange thing is psnprofiles has the Witcher platinum as ultra rare with 3.74% of people acquiring it, whereas Bloodborne is 21.74%. Hopefully at some point I'll get back into it.

I've been playing City Skylines...love it. Some people have done amazing stuff...I was watching a youtube video of skyhawke, he's building London..he previously did New York. I don't think Ive got the patience for anything that advanced Also Deus ex Human Revolution (PC...directors cut..includes the DLC ). Ive played the vanilla game before on PS3, but it broke a few months back and I've gone over to PC gaming.

Just played an hour or so of Contrast. I think that puts me about a quarter of the way through so I will be able to finish it soon enough. Enjoying the atmosphere and look of the game. Not much of a challenge.

Also been playing Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit.

Saturn: Sega Rally
Game Cube: F Zero GX, Spy Hunter, Starfox Adventures
Wii: Rabbids Go Home (I've recently became addicted to the cartoon so when I saw the game dirt cheap, I pounced on it!)

I loved the previous Dues Ex games but I really hated Human Revolution, I played it for about 5 hours and due to great boredom, switched it off and didn't play it again.
Me too, I went throught the game stealthy then found the bosses too tough coz I have not been upgrading weapons enough. Never played it since. The originals were a big deal back in the day

I've been taking a stab at building Manchester. So far I've only really done the starting map.

Think I got a bit lucky regarding scale, as the total map size is supposed to represent 18km x 18km, and without changing a thing the M60 motorway that circles the city fits in absolutely perfectly.

Tried to stay reasonably true to reality but took a few liberties here and there. There's the Manchester Ship Canal for example, that still has ships coming up it every now and then. The game wouldn't let me bring ships up it if making it the width it actually is, so I was forced to widen it out if I want to see the ships coming in, which I do.

Did try to do some actual building last night, but I might restart with infinite money as I was going bankrupt, plus the whole thing surrounding reality vs. what the game thinks should be came up again a few times already and I'm not sure I liked the chioces I made. I put fire stations and police where there aren't any for example, because the game thought those areas needed them. Might re-do and just let them burn!

Went back to CoD4 at the weekend. Surprisingly, full lobbies for TDM, and minimal glitches.

Most fun I've had on CoD in years. Still p1sses all over the modern iterations of the game.

Been playing some Democracy 3, found it disappointing.

Thought the challenge was going to be to win an election or stay elected but it's too easy. Won my first election, increased my margin in the 2nd and it only got easier from then on. Had upward of 90% of the electorate turning out to vote for my party in my 5th and 6th term as PM.

I've run out of any appealing new policies to implement, and the random important decisions you have to make with each new turn have started to repeat themselves. There isn't much else to do apart from achievement hunting by purposefully trying to have very religious policies, very capitalist policies, very socialist policies etc. and win elections while having those in place. As far as just trying to get elected and being successful whilst implementing what I think are sensible policies the game is over on my first save.

I've not been in the mood for gaming much this year, but I've put in some hours into F1 2015 and Project Cars.

Sim City 4 and it's a pain in the hole, I don't seem to be able to get a successful city going. I was pretty good at SC3000 but this seems to be much more difficult.
