Has anyone ever use avland.co.uk before? Are they reliable? I want to order a portable CD player, but I need it by friday before I go!

yeah I bought my DVD player and amp from them.

I would personally call them to place the order, check the price they quote is the same. just that the website "lost" my order once, at least over the phone you know they have it and its going through

I phoned up and not in stock. They were very helpful though.

Everywhere I phone says 2-3 weeks
I might have to get a different one.

wow, do people really still buy portable CD players! I would personally get a portable mp3 player and rip all my tunes to that. probably costs more, but you can fit on more music and leave the originals at home.
