There is nothing in the literature and I couldn't find anything online. Anybody know what no. to dial?

If you still pay line rental to BT, 1571 is still a function they provide because your calls still arrive on BT.

Dial 1571.

Beware, you must make at least 2 calls per month via BT to keep free 1571.

I take it you don't use the phone much? As now you won't be able to make the savings on calls you could have made if line rental was still with BT.
