Tickets for the O2 are on sale now, if you have an O2 passcode.

Anyone have it and want to share? My guesswork isn't paying off.

Why do you need a passcode anyway? That's a bit harsh when you don't need one for any other venue

anybody know what time the tickets for birmingham go on sale, cant seem to find it anywhere

No weekend tickets have been put on sale yet have they? I find this incredibly annoying, as won't be able to book any tickets because I don't know when my school holidays are for half term etc. That means I'm going to have to pay more too

Has anyone heard any rumours who may be doing the 2009 tour.

I've bought my wembley tickets and am waiting with baited breath that Alesha will be named, but don't think there is anything concrete yet.

You can buy them from the NEC website. Go to 'Buy Tickets'. You can buy them online or phone them. They have no dancefloor seats left though.

I booked for Birmingham this morning. I asked for the best seats available and got 'Block L, Row K' They don't sound the greatest to me but I'm still pleased I'm going!

Does anyone know how good/bad my seats are please?

I wonder when other dates will go on sale. I suspect it won't be until the autumn...

I hope not till autumn, I'm not booking mine till I know at least which pros will be doing it, and preferably which celebs as well!

I wonder if Anton & Erin will be asked to do it. They turned it down this year because of other commitments, but presumably their diaries for 2009 are currently empty.

hey row K is pretty good (about 11 rows back, i was in row W this year and i still had an amazing time) thats the seats i was offered when i looked to see what was left but i decided i wanted front row seats so im going to wait until the others come on sale and i know which pro's are doing it.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Was you in block L? I'm a bit concerned that I won't be able to see anything. I believe the judges will be sitting opposite, at the other end of the dance floor and reckon all the dancers stay up the judges end more. I feel a bit sad now..... I also checked the booking site not long ago and block L, row E were available Why was I offered 'K' as the best seats at 9.15 this am??

Actually, I'm not that worried about the row, its more the block.

Please reassure me!

well block L is at the front so a good view of the dances, you dont need to see the judges there not that great but you can see them on the big screen. i was in block 04 at the side of the dancefloor, maybe you can change your tickets? give them a phone and see what they say. i would go for a side block again but maybe the front is also a good view.

anyone else been and sat in a front block?

Thanks for such a fast response! I think I'll stick with the tickets I've got - can't stand all the hassle! The lady on the phone said that the seats had a really good view.

I'm just trying to figure out in my head the position of the block. So will the judges have their backs to me?

I'd really appreciate anyone elses comments who have sat in block L......

no the judges will be at the other end of the dancefloor to you facing you, if you imagine the tv show, they sit in front of the band at the bottom of the stairs.

Does anyone have any info about why the tickets are being released in stages and when the other dates will be available?

I got tickets for Bham this morning - in spite of having priority booking I couldn't get the amazing seats I had on Saturday night - I had Dance Floor Row A on the left hand side and had an amazing Matthew Cutler experience - see my report on Team Cutler! Haven't recovered yet!

The seats I got this morning were Block K row 3 seats 1 and 2 - between blocks K and D - here's the seating plan:

I also booked tickets for the o2 on 5th Feb 2009 - and again in spite of having the priority password I couldn't get front row seats - I got Row B, Block 105, seats 168 and 169. Am sure they'll be good tho too!

strange really - some agents had the Bham tickets today and others only had London and Manchester still.....

I thought they were going to release each new date when the dancers had finished in a venue - but it seems to be a bit later.......the dates I got were both for weekdays as well so no weekend dates yet as far as I can see.

the passcode given for the o2 was to give priority booking to o2 network users - I have the o2 network and was given my passcode on Friday and I still couldn't get better than I got despite that.
