After canceling an entire UK tour for the second time, Natasha Bedingfield has decided to remain in America to keep promoting her single, Love Like This.

The tour being moved from last September to February, but now it is cancelled entirely.

I am really sad at this as I would have liked to see her in concert, but she seems to prefer her American fan base.

Should I just give up on her?

I'd be inclined to give up on her. Her "singing" is like the mating call of a horny tom. Meh!

Yes, I'd definitely give up on her.

Her singing really grates on me. She needs to try and fit in fewer lyrics because she always sounds out of breath!!

To be honest that last album was atrocious. Nothing worthy of a hit single at all and don't get me started on 'Wanna have Your Babaies'. I haven't heard this song she has did with Sean Kingston but its a massive hit in America. Have they released the NB album there?

She's just released her second album in America, called Pocketful Of Sunshine.

It's basically half of N.B, and 7 new songs.

I actually quite like the new American album though. She should have just released that over here instead of N.B.

'Babies' was such a stupid song, no wonder it's not on PFOS.

I didn't think 'I Wanna Have Your Babies' was that bad. Sure, it was a fluffy pop song with odd lyrics and it did have a kind of, stalkerish creepy vibe to it... but I guess that was perhaps the point of the song - it's about scaring off men too soon.

I did think she made up for it though with 'Soulmate'. Unfortunately, I think Natasha's suffering from 'Struggling Second Album' Syndrome.

NB was a huge flop over here which is why she re did the album for America. I think people are being a bit harsh on her. She had a bomb album here, but is having a huge hit in America. It makes sense for her to spend more time there if that is where she is having more success.

Or perhaps the reason she isn't quite so successful over here is because she's spending so much time in the US??

I don't get the whole, two albums for two different countries....it just shows to me that she has no faith in her material and feels the need to change her sound for the U.S market. Some could argue that she is experimenting with different sounds and that the U.S and the UK like different types of music so she's giving them both different things. It's just so frustrating. I love Natasha and her music and it's really annoying that she's splitting her time and made whole other album and just ditched N.B for the time being.

Guess there'll be no more UK singles now. Oh and "Babies" wins over anything that features Sean BLOOMIN' Kingston!

She was spending time in the UK when NB came out. It was still a bomb. Perhaps the record company said to her, we have faith in you, we don't think the new material is good enough so go and record some new songs. I bet she'll revisit the UK later in the year perhaps summer. Personally I think she suffered the same syndrome as her brother with NB. I think she started to get a bit up her own backside. Daniel did the same. They both had flop second albums.

Does anyone know the best place to purchase her new US Album and get it shipped to the UK at low price?

The US and UK have very simular tastes in music if you look at the charts. I don't think it was her decision to re do the album for the US. The album bombed in the UK and quite a few markets overseas so the American label would have looked at this and though the music probably wasn't up to scratch so they asked her to do new stuff.

http://www.music-wow.com/shop-item_d...ONYBMG%2012454

£7.99 with free postage. I've ordered from them and the shipping takes around 5 days from Hong Kong.

Well, she released her first album seperately as well. It's just an odd thing to do in my view.

She's suffered the same fate that's happened to a lot of British acts, very successful initially in the UK and then they've been rushed off to other countries by their record labels, to rake in more money from Asia, Europe and America. The big mistake in doing this though, is to aleinate their British fan base and leave them high and dry without a proper tour or any gigs to go and see them perform.

At least we've been spared her incessant warbling for the past few months.
