mmmm... bangers, mash and onion gravy

I had this for dinner last night...
I love it, it's such a great "comfort food" meal. It's also a great winter warmer

What's your fave comfort food?

My favourite comfort food, dependant on my mood is –

Pasta with peas and cream
Indian Kichree (spicy lentils & rice)
Risotto with butternut squash & ginger

But my ultimate comfort food has to be Cheese & Onion & Potato Pie with baked beans
(Only for when serious comforting is needed as it must be made with lots of extra strong full fat mature cheddar!)
