Can anyone help?
I'm trying to set the wifes phone up to accept picture messages but Virgin don't have the phone listed on their website (it's a LG KE500). So they said ring LG, i did, they said ring Virgin! again i did. A very helpful woman (that i couldn't really understand) said try the settings for the LG Shine and started to rattle them off. Three pages of A4 later and about 300 quid on the works phone bill i am more confused than when i began.

Did you buy this handset SIM free or was it originally on another network? I ask this because if it is branded with a networks software it may not be possible to enter the settings.
I suggest you get hold of the generic Virgin settings and enter those yourself. (try www.filesaveas.com) |
