Just heard (from Capital Radio) the BB4 USA will have 6 housemates entering the house first, followed by...

...there ex-boyfriends/girlfriends.

Heard E4 were going to show it, anyone know?

Yes there was suggestion and it is going to begin, to coincide with or near the end of BB... I can't be clearer of the top of my head, sorry.

Also, there was some footage of the US BB HMs shown earlier on RI:SE that illustrated a bit of reaction as to the exes as fellow HMs...

I'm sure that RI:SE will follow with more teasers prior to it actually being shown on E4. Merely to whet the appetite of E4 viewers who will probably watch in their droves...

Here we go again!

I think we are going to see the same show's as are aired in America, the problem with that is that it's only shown 3 days a week out there.

Does anyone know what sort of ratings they get for their BB?

Off the top of my head I don't know the actual figures but I know that it is not as well received over there as it was here in previous years... This may have picked up now but I still don't think they drum up as much interest as they would like; it's classified more as a 'cult-show'... They get nowhere near as many as the recent American Idol phenomenon.

But to quote Fed:-

“Despite my best efforts to detach myself from such mainstream populist paraphernalia, I too have contracted this debilitating, possessive disease which renders its victims defenceless to the fascinating banality of normality!”

I think the Americans are trying implicitly to feed this message to their prospective viewers. In the beginning, a general US attitude may have been "what would I want to batch 10/12 people bored in a house when I can be doing ...whatever!"

I don't know if this attitude is shifting but I can be sure that someone is busily doing the PR to overturn such non-appeased attitudes.

Sociologically, that is a fact...
