Not bad for a basic phone. Even with postage it still only comes in at £7.40.

Don't know anybody doing it cheaper without trying to hammer you for a minimum top up.

"Here's a phone for only £9.99 sir/madam. All you have to do is buy the compulsory £10 top up!"
