WWE actually.
I think Scotty is still employed by them.
He's the master of 'the worm' - however, I believe he's out of action due to a severe neck injury that's kept him off TV.
I assume the BB contestant has only just recovered from a similar condition - which would explain why he's suddenly started appearing in the show - because I don't remember him appearing earlier on.
