Firstly as they live in close proximity it wouldn't be hard to notice that they are bitching behind your back and also their attitude towards her and the way they isolate her is bullying. In a work enviroment this happens a lot and the victim does know that things are being said behind your back by the others attitude towards them. Obviously that has never happend to you and you are lucky, but as a victim I know by Lisa's actions and her continuing bravado that she is uncomfortable and does know what is happening behind her back. Their reason for their dislike towards Lisa is shallow and if they had made a collective effort from the start to make her welcome then she may of reacted differently, after all it is only a game. If you don't call what they are doing bullying then what can call it because it certainly isn't nice.

A few days ago Steph said that she called Lisa a freak, Cameron asked did she say it to her face and Steph replied with yes.
Excuse me if im missing something but I did not hear Steph call Lisa a freak to her face.

They are also isolating her, ignoring her and their actions towards her because of it is not behind her back. As I say in a close proximity you know that you are being bitched about and Sissy also knew. The way they are ganging up on her is bullying and she is being treat in an intimidating manner.
