I love dance music, but this just sounds like a cheap generic dance song that they would play at a rave. It doesn't stand out at all.

Well, what do you know? This crap is in it's fourth week at Number 1.

Just looking at the Top 10 singles chart is sad.

I've never heard this song. Don't really want to now. I've not listened to chart music in ages. It's mainly chav sh*t these days.

I agree, I think it sounds like something from the mid 90's. Its sort of like Strike's 'You sure do' remember that?

Exactly - like I said, it sounds like any old generic dance song that you'd hear at a rave - which are so 90's. So plain and nothing original at all.

Last night I saw a bunch of teenage chavs all singing along with it blaring out of their mobile. Eurrgh. At least it shows just who is buying it.

It's an awful, irritating load or crap. I hope something manages to knock it off number one soon. I would suspect that this act will be a one hit wonder, but we've all seen how successful Chavscada have been.

This came on when I was out with my mates and it actually made me feel physically ill. Just ruined my mood, it's a truly, truly bad song.

Argh! Who is buying this rubbish? They need to be banned from buying 'music' ever again.

To dismiss a type of music as "chav music" shows snobbery.

It indeed is a classic.

The tune being discussed is awful. It makes the Euro/Scouse scene look atrocious.

now that was an absolute classic. I can't hear any similarity - in fact I'm quite upset you prompted me to hear this garbage for the first time!

That's a very ignorant way of thinking! I guess all snobs have that view point?

Anyway I hate the song its too eurotrash for me, I dont understand how its got to number one there wasn't that much promo or hype b4 its success.

I keep reading people going on about "chav" music dominating the charts, I'm not a chav but I like 80% of the top 40, things change and thank god the charts arnt full of indie emo bands anymore! They had there time!

Lol its ironic this so called "chav" music is selling as I would have thought you'd accuse them of illegal downloading!

Lol sorry. I don't think its sounds like 'You Sure Do', more that it sounds like it comes from that era. If you get me.

Its very, very dated.

For some reason I LOVE this song, I even have the orgininal `Boten Anna` CD (SWEDISH VERSION) as I`m pushing it a bit (according to my nephews) it must be an age thing i.e the `older` market is buying/downloading it to be hip

Don't like it all. Don't know how it ever got to number one and held on.

I seriously can't stand this tune.

Lupe Fiasco or Adele deserved to be no1.

It's ridiculous.

I agree, I think its a disgrace that its kept good songs by the likes of Adele off the top slot. I think Chasing Pavements has the potential to be a modern classic.

I don't get the fuss about it. I think Chasing Pavements is over-rated too but it is clearly a better song and more deserving of the #1 spot.
