Salted Peanuts
Is it possible that eating too many on a regular basis can disturb your stomach?
I ask, as recently, I've started to get stomach ache fairly shortly after and have been eating them for years without any reaction. No other signs and when I then eat a normal regular meal later on the pain goes! Anyone know what I'm experiencing, apart from a near addiction to peanuts. Incidentally, I stopped for a week and had no symptoms, until I had a few today and you guessed it! |

I've eaten peanuts all my life but on two occeassions I've had bad stomach ache and even vomiting after eating salted peanuts, once was in 1998 and once last year, no idea why, both times the peanuts were recently bought and fresh.

Probably not a good idea to eat too many - too much salt is bad for you.
