vodafone paid for the repair

it was collected from my home with a securicor omega van and returned a week later (without a battery) it was sent with one, then i was 2 weeks on the phone and various letters to vodafone and they finally sent me a battery, so it was after the14day guarentee that i found out the phone was worse, bloody vodafone!!!!

lol, did you put the battery into the phione when you sent it off?, as thats what they told me to do, and keep the sim ( of coruse! ), The update seems to have fixed a mixture of things!, for example, before it would discconect after 5 minutes of using WAP, using for prolonged times and on the phone,m Now, it will only discconect after 20 mins on WAP, which im happy about! everything else is fixed!.
Thankfully!
