guess a few of you no the problems ive had with tiscali since joining in nov.with them saying i cant have the line rental as the people im with wont release the line but they say its not true and now i had no tv for 2 weeks what im saying is can i cancel.......the service as been shocking tbh

You could email complaints@uk.tiscali.com if you have not already done so. The service you have received is shocking I think you need to follow the complaints procedure in order to have grounds to cancel if you are still within contract. Hope you soon get it sorted one way or another.
