Has anyone else ever had to go yeast free? I've just done my first two weeks of it and I feel dreadful. Exhausted, headaches, stomach aches, insomnia. Is that a normal start to a yeast free diet?

Surely if they are withdrawal symptoms you're having, you wouldn't expect them to last much longer? I really don't know anything about this, but I'd say if you don't start to feel better within a couple more days perhaps you ought to go back to your doctor? Or do you have an ME support group or someone you could ask?

Thanks Snowfairy. I did post a question on an MR support group and someone said that apparently what I'm feeling is quite normal and could last a month!! It shows it's working...

Are you feeling any better today, Ruby Shoes?

A month?!! I hope it's all worth it for you in the end! There must be so many foods you're having to avoid... do you have to cut out sugar as well? What are you eating? Did you manage to find some decent recipes?

Sorry, that's a lot of questions!
