I doubt this is enough to save her. Lisa doesn't have any attractive qualities to balance her 'troublemaker' role. She still comes across as a sour spiteful and vindictive battleaxe... her fantasist remarks made her an object of derision.... she's been labelled 'loopy' in a sinister rather than endearing way.
Unfortunately she messed up her first impressions to the public, and that tends to colour how she is subsequently perceived in people's minds.
Compare with BB3 last year; Jade was a sh1t-stirrer, but people were baying for her blood despite the entertainment argument to keep her in. Alex was a source of tension because most of the others didn't like him, but he had charm and likeability, so he had positive as well as negative appeal to motivate people to vote to keep him in. The 'keep him in to annoy the others' argument applied most compellingly to Alex in the wk2 eviction, and even then he barely escaped the boot.
So going on past indications, I think with most people's antipathy to Lisa overrides other more astute considerations in deciding their vote.
If she had at least another week for the endemol machine to give her an image makeover, or if there was another equally widely unpopular nominee up with her to attract some of the public's ire instead (as with Alison for Alex) , then Lisa might stand a chance.
But this is probably too little too late.
