BT reconnection price
hello.. I will be moving into my girlfriend's house soon and we are thinking about leaving virgin and doing the move home deal from sky.. I think they do have a bt line but not where the phone is needed. Question is, if we need the socket moved, how much do bt charge? If it doesn't need moving.. Do they do a reconnection charge or is it the case of a switch on for free? Thanks

BT reconnection to the BT service (assuming current owner is NOT with BT) charge is £125 - there are many threads here discussing it.
this one for example; http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s...d.php?t=728007 If, on the other hand, they are with BT but don't have an extension socket just where it's needed then DIY (as shown in the replies to your other thread on the same subject). LCDMAN............Knows where the "search" button is! |
