Can Someone Explain This Please?
Ok so heres what im confused about...
My dad and i are both on O2 Pay & Go with 3G sims. We both have 3G capable phones (he has K800i and i have an N73). But when his K800i has 3G mode switched on it can never lock onto the 3G signal in our area properly, it keeps coming and then going again. But my N73 gets a full 3G signal most of time anywhere in the house. Why is this?

There are various reasons, sensitivity of the receiver, quality of the aerial and construction of the phone.
As far as I can remember, Nokia have the patent on certain technologies to do with flat aerials so all other things being equal, will give better signal strength. You will now get various people posting how Nokia have poor signal strength and SE/Samsung/Motorola are better. This will be because they didn't read the comment about "all other things being equal". |
