How do they know if you have bought from CPW or not, as you connect to the tariff through iTunes?

I'm on the £45 tarriff and i'm downgrading to the £35 one.
Just done it through the website. Good to see O2 being pro-active, makes a nice change for a company to look after their existing customers as well as their new ones! |
