i simply do not believe that those who bought their iphones from cpw have any different tariff contract from those who bought from apple or o2 (all users agree to the same terms on itunes). the bolt ons are not available until tomorrow for all iphone users. no doubt cpw have simply not yet updated their website; certainly they are showing the old tariffs whereas o2 are showing the new ones.
