Votefortheworst have really got it in for AI this year!

Wow, i thought http://votefortheworst.com/ was meant to be a light-hearted, funny site where people support the AI underdog. Seems like this year it's become a totally anti-American Idol site.

They have similar complaints that we have about X Factor: over-experienced contestants with showbiz connections, audition fakery etc.

Ha, that site makes me laugh. I remember when they helped Scott get final five a few years ago, and he got really arrogant because he thought the public loved him...:S

Er, no. They've always been anti-American Idol, which is why they vote for the one the producers like least.

I like a bit of subversion. It's a good place.

You should have seen last year, they were lapping it up with Antonella and Sanjaya.

They still love Antonella and Sanjaya, especially Sanjaya. They also love Phil and Chris S since they post there, and Sanjaya's mum posted there recently too.

The others are pretty much derided.

Ruin it? The most they can do is bring it some very dodgy publicity, which it probably deserves, especially with all the plants this year.

VFTW also do the best chops ever.

I think sites like that are fantastic , they bring the manipulation of such shows to light , which can only be a good thing.
