Does anyone else out there think that the My Mobile section of the o2 website is pretty useless?
I went in today to check out upgrading to a new tariff as I think i'm getting ripped off. I was interested in simplicity but I couldn't find anywhere in the My Mobile section details on my current tariff. I really don't get why there is nowhere on the website that you can get a run down of your service/contract with them. I know I could phone them up (which I will do when I decide to upgrade) but I just want to find out about my current contract.
I feel that the My Mobile part of the website could do with a revamp - currently it has these options: [LIST][*]View My Bill [*]My Mobile[*]My Order[*]Communicate[*]My Profile[*]Online Help[*]Get into O2 Active[/LIST]
Yet none of the options provide basic info about your contract. What relevance does tracking your order under My Order have to most people most of the time??
I don't know maybe I'm going a bit over the top and maybe it's not that bad but I just find the whole section so annoying!
