o2 website - My Mobile section

Does anyone else out there think that the My Mobile section of the o2 website is pretty useless?

I went in today to check out upgrading to a new tariff as I think i'm getting ripped off. I was interested in simplicity but I couldn't find anywhere in the My Mobile section details on my current tariff. I really don't get why there is nowhere on the website that you can get a run down of your service/contract with them. I know I could phone them up (which I will do when I decide to upgrade) but I just want to find out about my current contract.

I feel that the My Mobile part of the website could do with a revamp - currently it has these options: [LIST][*]View My Bill [*]My Mobile[*]My Order[*]Communicate[*]My Profile[*]Online Help[*]Get into O2 Active[/LIST]
Yet none of the options provide basic info about your contract. What relevance does tracking your order under My Order have to most people most of the time??

I don't know maybe I'm going a bit over the top and maybe it's not that bad but I just find the whole section so annoying!

Last time I checked, details of your tariff and usage were under the View My Bill section (or on your paper bill). I know there is an upgrade of this section going on, so your details might be temporarily offline.
As for whether you were ripped off, surely you researched all the options before commiting yourself?

you have to ring o2 to upgrade mobiles or tarifs theres currently a big add on the homepage for the simplicity tarif

xdaorbit - like I said when I decide to upgrade I will phone.

prking - I have noticed that part on my bill but it didn't give me the information I wanted, I was looking for how many mins/texts I get but for some reason there is nothing that tells you that on there. I know maybe it would have been a good idea to take note of that when I first got the phone but I didn't and now don't remember exactly what I get.

And yes I did research the options before choosing my tariff but things change over 2.5 years and now I can get much better value for money (I think)! The reason i am making all this fuss is because I can't find out exactly what I get now and compare it to the simplicity tariff I am thinking of upgrading to.

Good to here that an upgrade of the section is coming. Though I don't think my details are offline because the site is as I remember it.
