Hi,
I have been reading the horror stories regarding the traffic management problems people have been experiencing, lack of iplayer p2p i tunes and gaming service problems and have also read the tiscali statement on think broadband that says
"The logic is that we'll save more money placing customers on the Tiscali backhaul per month than we will lose from customers migrating away."
which proves they don't really give a stuff about customer service ,
My question is how does this 'management' affect TV users? As a Homechoice customer i am soon to be switched to the tiscali network so i would like to know in advance if i'll be getting half of the service i'm used to before i'm tied into a new contract so i can jump ship before it all gets too messy.
