I dunno about that I am Vodafone and they get things for me fixed without a problem. On the other hand my girldfriend is with O2 and has had bother with them same problem ongoing for 4 months now so I don't think that they are.......if you have figures they must be space figures!

O2 and customer service can be OK.........until you want to leave (as I found out for myself) it's a whole different ball game then.

It say 02 were better.

altho voda are supposed to have better coverage , I think 02 are better because they dont complicate stuff like voda do.

my mates on a voda contract, and he has to pay extra VAT (on 02 its included), he has been stung with.. free TV, internet, ringtones.... for 3 months, then you have to pay for it

I dont think id go on vodafone. they would probably be my last choice tbh.

O2 Sales kept me on the phone for 45 mins this am before deciding that their T&Cs meant no Simplicity (see other thread) for us. They then bombarded my inbox with different usernames and passwords relating to the already cancelled/never set up account. Their CS were offhand when I rang and have an 0870 no. If Vodafone aren't any better than this, then I would avoid both.
Orange may have an Indian call centre, but they answered my questions efficiently. No idea if their coverage is good. Vodafone used to have the best coverage but not sure you'd notice any diff with O2 on that one.

Orange used to boast about having the most coverage UK wide. o2 & Voda are both gd its a hard choice, guess it depends on the individual deal really.

02 I would say is better than Voda. Some like Voda but I have been with 02 7 years and one year as BTCellenet and would not change to Voda. Voda dont seem to have the covarge that 02 dose but then again both say they have nearly 99% UK covarge.

I used to be with Vodafone and have switched to o2 and they seem to offer a lot more to their customers than Vodafone to like 1000 Free Texts a Month or Internet Access for £7.50 a month.
