For HopefulyUseful
I not sure if this should be PM or whatever but either way.
Can you confirm the FIT135 code you give works? I have tried to contact vodafone quite a lot with that code last 24 hours and not getting nowhere and I am really hoping to avoid having to phone after past experiences (which I want to avoid) I keep getting told business and keep getting told to phone numbers which as I said I don't want to do. |

had the same advice, mailed countless times to Voda...never got a reply....strange
![]() Seems vodafone are determined to have me back as I'm getting phone calls from them. 08080000133 which I googled and it's them but silence on the other end. I'm interested in going back and interested to see what they can offer me but getting nowhere and I really really want to avoid phoning them because i'm weary after my O2 debacle.

Hi JSemple3,
I'm a little concerned to hear that you've e-mailed us and had no response, we want to help in any way that we can. First of all I can tell you that the FIT135 code does work. Please make sure you're putting this code into the body of your actual e-mail enquiry and not in the subject field on the contact us form. We are currently receiving traffic by e-mail using the FIT135 code and e-mails have been received and responded to today from customers using the code. All e-mails that we've had have been cleared and there aren't any outstanding at the moment. When you send an e-mail to us whether you use the FIT135 code for it to be routed straight to us, or whether you send an e-mail in general to us without the code, you should still get an automated reply which contains a unique reference number for your e-mail. This lets you know that the e-mail has been received and is in our system awaiting a reply. Can you tell me whether you had the automated acknowledgement and what your reference number was? (This is purely a reference code which help us to locate your e-mail. It's completely safe to give this reference here). With that reference I can then locate your e-mail and respond straight away. I anticipate your response and am eager to get this resolved for you. Hopefullyuseful Vodafone UK |

Hopefullyuseful Vodafone UK ![]() In the subject line I put FIT135 Re: Vodafone Enquiry amd I did mention it somewhere in the email and I am getting responses like: I am sorry that you feel your query has not been addressed correctly. However, I am unable to assist you further from this department as we are the returns and dispatch department for the online store. Please contact New Business on 0808 0044 465, option 1 or contact Customer Services via email at customer.care@vodafone.co.uk I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regards, Vodafone Online Store Tel: 0870 126 1090 I did also email the webform thing and did use FIT135 but they only pointed me to the website with queries for regards to what I want and didn't seem interested in offering me a deal (I do know what I want and so forth) tracking I think is: 4899302 |

Thanks for providing the reference number so quickly. I’ve done a search and I can confirm that we have definitely received this email. It was received yesterday afternoon and I personally replied to it.
If you haven’t received my reply I can only assume that perhaps the email address you provided was mistyped as I replied to the email provided. Could you check your inbox and junk mail folders to ensure you haven’t received my reply and if not can you please email back into me again in the same way as before using the code FIT135. Thanks Gembo Vodafone UK |

Just out of curiosity was it the web offers reply? I don't deny that's not a bad deal if it's what I think it is but it's only to see if I can get it reduced a little bit more? I would reckon by googling the number I gave above then voda are prepared to entice me with a deal..........but not really sure what.

Yes that’s the reply I sent. As I said in the email my team who handle all forum queries and FIT135 coded emails are not a sales team and we would be unable to give you any further information than we have already provided.
If you wish to discuss a deal tailored more specifically to your needs and budget you can contact our Direct sales team on 0808 017 8178. Thanks Gembo Vodafone UK |
