Thanks for getting back to me.
In the subject line I put FIT135 Re: Vodafone Enquiry amd I did mention it somewhere in the email and I am getting responses like:
I am sorry that you feel your query has not been addressed correctly. However, I am unable to assist you further from this department as we are the returns and dispatch department for the online store.

I did also email the webform thing and did use FIT135 but they only pointed me to the website with queries for regards to what I want and didn't seem interested in offering me a deal (I do know what I want and so forth) tracking I think is:
