What exactly is covered by the vodafone insurance? - N95 8GB
I've noticed some deep unsightly scrapes on the top left of my N95 8GB, I don't mind them but they just make the phone feel really, dirty and old, and it isn't a great feeling when I'm the type of guy who likes everything to be scratch free and clean.
Does Vodafone insurance cover this? I'm in my 2nd month of contract. I don't mind them but when I really think about them, it drives me CRAZY, OCD perhaps? And if Vodafone agreed to swap the phone for a newer one, (but only the casing is damaged) would they look at the phone itself? As I have changed the product code and everything, would I need to change it back:S!? |

Hi,
Vodafone wouldn't be able to swap the handset for a new one now that you are in the 2nd month of your contract. When a handset goes faulty during the contract period we send the device for repair. This wouldn't benefit you as they don't deal with the cosmetics of the phone. Please check the terms and conditions of Vodafone's Cover Me insuarance to see what it covered. Hope this helps Tekgirl Vodafone UK |
