I either have a cup of tea or an apple and blackcurrant smoothie in the morning.

As for the rest of the day, it's just lunch, dinner and more cups of tea.

I try to consume the following -

porridge oats - for soluble fibre and avenanthramides
live yoghurt - for good bacteria
beer - for folates and B-vitamins

I always manage to have at least one of them.

I am addicted to squash at the moment (I only get the sugar free ones too). So can quite easily get through my 2 litres of water everyday with a splash of squash in it.

It's quite good as not long ago I was literally addicted to pop, mainly Coke and Irn bru. But I haven't had either in about 2 weeks now. I didn't consciously stop drinking them. Just one day fancied some squash instead.
