A cople of days ago i was offered an upgrade on my phone as it was near the end of my contract. I stupidly assumed this was either carphon or virgin mobile (my network). I accepted the offer, they moved me to the 3 network and i recieved it in the post today.
The phone came with no invoice this morning, just an unpersonalised letter from mobiles direct. On their website all of the phone numbers they have link to the carphone or e2save, as they claim they are an affiliate. However Carphone have no knowledge of this specific phone being sold.
After looking through the website i found that Mobiles direct are ownded by Landmark, so i'm trying to get through to them when their customer service place opens at 10.
I still can't help but think i've been royally done up the wrong'un.
Any advice?
