Why not just download the show via torrents or even better off usenet.

I'll be downloading it by torrents anyway but I put up the E4 schedule for new BBUSA viewers who will be watching it for the first time, so are more likely to watch it on E4 rather than download it.

There's also tvcatchup.com for UK people to record the E4 shows (amongst other TV).

Why are there so few highlight episodes. They are going to miss a lot from live feed.

Just watched the clip, I think I'm gonna really like this seasons housemates. They seem fun.

The way the producer was talking, though, it's like the doubles twist is going to run all season, which I'm not too happy about. I really hope it reverts back to normal after a few weeks...

I'm behind a network at university so neither of those options are available to me. I will be relying on someone getting them either on Youtube or another streaming site.

Unless I can find a way to watch E4 through my laptop!

In the US there are 3 one-hour episodes per week. On E4 there will be 1 one-hour and 1 two-hour episodes per week I believe.

When you see how Big Brother US works, you will see that they don't show the minutae of the houseguests lives in the episodes, it's an altogether different show and viewing experience than Big Brother UK.

In what way? For better, for worse, just different?

Different.

Hard to say if you will like it or not. Some people like both, some like one or the other, and of course many can't stand BB full stop!

As for finding out the houseguests true personalities, the live feed is where it's at. Just like in the UK.

The fundamental differences between BBUS and nearly all other BB's elsewhere is that 1: They're allowed to talk about nominations and form alliances. 2: They vote out their fellow houseguests entirely by themselves. These differences change the dynamic completely. Plus it's an American reality TV show, and this is edited in the way we have come to expect from American TV... totally different to ours.

You won't get nearly as much from the show if you don't look at the live feeds. Big Brother USA is all about the 'game', as far as the television episodes are edited. Most of what they put on the TV show is strategy between the houseguests, who are more like players.

Watching the live feed allows you to see what the houseguests are really like, although you will find that there's an awful lot of strategy and alliance-forming that goes on in general: The BBUSA contestants really want to win the money. It's RUTHLESS.

And you will find that the challenges and games set for the houseguests blow the BBUK ones out of the water, real tests of endurance and real big, over the top games that make ours look like an afterthought.

I haven't heard anything about E4 airing anything else but the main highlights episodes.

I live in the US and I plain to upload to Dailymotion episodes of Big Brother: After Dark that air on Sho 2 in the US so UK viewers can view it.

(BB: After Dark is three hours of uncensored live feeds from the Big Brother house. The show airs nightly.)

And a little trivia, in Season 1 the HouseGuests were allowed to talk about the nomination process but chose not to in a house meeting.

I did not know that! I thought the first season followed the same format as other Big Brothers.

Will you be capping the episodes too? Would be awesome if you were!

Really starting to look forward to this as I've not seen any other BB's apart from our British ones!

I can imagine it being a LOT different, so I look forward to embracing something new and different!

Will anyone else be watching it come Thursday night having not seen any BB's at all from other countries?

I forget you can watch them on YouTube. I've not seen anything apart from ours, so I bet BB9 USA turn out to be a big shock after just watching the UK versions!

Not long now, and to get me more excited, I just saw a photo of the pool and it looks stunning - didn't wanna see anymore photos of the rest of the house as not to spoil it for myself......

It did, each houseguest nominated two other fellow houseguests for eviction, America votes out a houseguest.

But the first season still allowed the HGs to discuss nominations, the group decided not to.

My Dailymotion account will have the highlight episodes that air on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.

In addition to that I will try to cap two nights each week of Big Brother After Dark. The number of After Dark episodes I cap will depend on how much time I have that week. The reason I decided to do the After Dark episodes because I have a friend who just went to the UK and can't get the live feeds.
