• Nush, Ray and Scott have been reprimanded for speaking about nominations last night. The only trouble is, they can't really remember doing it.
• Nush looked most worried. She revealed Big Brother asked her to re-read the rules regarding talking about nominations. "I didn't mean it," she said, employing the world's least effective excuse as her defence.
• "I don't even remember the conversation," Ray confessed. "That's what I told them. I apologised, but I don't remember it, like."
• Then it was the turn of Scott. He exited the Diary Room with a laminate, on which were printed the rules in question. "I can't remember what I said. Honestly," he insisted.

I'm sorry - i have been well drunk a few times in my life - however bad it was - over time i have remembered every lurid detail - however much i have not wished to remember - it always forces back into your consciousness - ok - i admit to not being a world expert on drunkenness - but
I doubt very much whether THREE PEOPLE should all forget the same thing - too much of a coincidence
I think Big Brother should point out to them in no uncertain terms what they are being warned about - this is only fair to them and us -
I think they should all be up for nomination this week - as I know that there has been other occassions when the rules have been broken - but not on this scale imo.

It would really put the sh*t up the 3 Stooges if BB announced on Monday that Cameron and Steph are exempt from being nominated due to breaking the rules on discussing noms. Also, it will reveal to the "oldies" that there has been a conspiracy against them.

If anything, the pact was really about confirming who they had already decided will get the chop. Still, it was wrong - Jade suffered worse for less with a one week suspension.

Both Nush & Scott should be forbidden from nomintations next week, Although Ray was involved in the conversation I believe that his role on the issue was to a degree an unwitting partner to the pact, from the transcript Ray was coerced into the conversation, and made some minor attempts at extracting himself from the subject.

Just as Lisa should have been exempt from nomination this week after Ray told the others he was going to nominate her.

It didn't happen. Ray got a slap on the wrist and now so has Nush, Scott and Ray (again!).

One year it would be great to see a really tough and strict BB clamping down on all nomination discussion but sadly this year they have let too much slide.

Just to add - I like Ray, yet I believe he is a guilty party in this conspiracy. Of all the HMs I think he is the one I would most prefer to win with Cameron coming a close 2nd and the tediously over-diplomatic Scott 4th.
