Heather Small - Proud (2000)
Here in Canada we don't get much of M People let alone Heather Small, so I decided to DL the 2000 cd Proud.....all I can say is WOW!
What a voice and a great collection of songs! Heather is definatly one of the great female singers today. Hope there's more to come from Heather and M People! |

Yeah -foghorn powerful.
Batters everything she sings to within an inch of it's life. Means diddly in the UK now so perhaps Canada awaits. |

I'm sorry but Heather Small is an atrocious live singer.
It always sounded like a bloomin' painful ordeal to me. |
