samsung d900i problem

bought a d900i for xmas

fones great, only when i send a long text, people only seem to get half of it.... put sim card in another fone and its fine?

checked the settings best i can, and cant seem to get it right.. does anyone have an answer, or is it just bloody faulty?

On my D900i there isn't any settings for long messages - but on some phones like my SonyEricsson w700i you have to tell the phone to be able to accept or send extended texts in the message settings? So some phones like our D900i would receive them automatically but some of the Sony phones may not until you tinker with the settings?
