Apologies if this problem seems really silly and obvious, but this is my first proper phone, so am still learning about all the technical stuff.

As the title says, I've got an LG KE500 silver slide phone, and am having real difficulties in transferring photos and music from my computer to the phone. I've enabled Bluetooth, and correctly plugged the USB cable into my computer, and followed all the other the instructions, but I just cant seem to transfer anything to my phone. I get the split-screen window up showing all my photos, and I click in the box to show I want to send X photo to my phone, but it wont move over to the phone section - tried dragging it, but that wont work either. Just tried it again tonight, but it still wont work.

Any help will be much appreciated as it's really getting on my nerves as I've got so many photos and sounds I want to add to my phone.

It sounds like you haven't made the connection between phone and computer. Bluetooth is not related to the USB cable, so I'm not sure why you have enabled it.
The procedure should be; install the software on your computer then connect the cable to the phone and to the computer. (Its important to do it this way around). It might take a few moments for the PC to recognise the phone.
