Anyone else got this message with the Tiscali+ PVR? I can't watch the first episode of last night's corrie because of it, even though the second episode has recorded fine - weird!?

Probably a stupid question, I'm (hopefully....) being installed on Saturday the 16th of Feb and just wanted to know if I get PVR box (which I believe allows me to record direct to it's hard drive?) as standard? Did email Tiscali customer service but have had to reply as yet.....

I think the PVR is an extra £50,so if you didn't pay then you get the standard box.
