BT Call Charges

I've just been looking at my recent calls & each few second local call is nealry 10p!
I realise that a 2 second call will be charged the same as a 60 second call but according to their website, daytime calls are 3.25/minute, rounded up to about 5p? So why are mine all 9p each & I would imagine that will be rounded up to 10p?

I'm on option 2 at the moment

An example - Duration Cost (inc VAT) (£)

Rounded up to the next ½p at the moment (but to be to the next whole penny from 1-4-08).

Wow! So every call under a minute will cost me approx 10p?

I can't even get my calls elsewhere as I just entered into a contract for them in November.
Maybe I'd be better upgrading to Option 3?
