HDTV - Please help me choose! :)

Hi

I am looking to buy my first HDTV. I have a PS3, am getting Virgin Media V+ installed, and am basically looking for the following:
[LIST][*]Full HD 1080p[*]At least 40"[*]Good number of HDMI ports[*]Something which can handle SD pictures well[*]24 frames / sec [*]Something which is good quality / reliable[/LIST]
I have done a bit of research but don't really seem to be able to tell some of the TVs apart. All of the ones I have looked at are LCDs. What do you think about these models?

Sony Bravia KDL-40V3000
Sony KDL-40W3000
Toshiba 46XF355DG
Samsung LE-46N87BD
Panasonic Viera TH-42PZ700 (Plasma)

Does anyone have a preference or a clear winner there that they can see?

Get the Sony 40X3500 if possible. Just got mine recently. Fantastic with Blu Ray. Meets all your requirements.
