Victoria Beckham and Geri Halliwell fight led to Spice Girls split
The Spice Girls' recent tour cancellation was due to a fall-out between Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham, according to the Daily Star.
The tabloid quotes an anonymous source as claiming that Beckham’s continual mentioning of her husband, David Beckham, in relation to Halliwell being single led to the band cancelling their tour. The source is quoted as saying: "The girls turned to their partners during the emotional and exhausting tour but Geri had nobody. "She felt Victoria was insensitive towards her isolation. She makes sarcastic comments under her breath to wind Geri up, so it looks like Geri is being unreasonable. "And she’s constantly going on about David and how lucky she is to have such a great partner, unlike Geri." Original article here |

If it is true, don't you think that Posh has been a bit of a bitch?

If it's true it shows a total lack of professionalism from all involved.

I don't really care who split them up, I'm just glad they are splitting up.

Now we know it's the truth if the Daily Star is reporting it!

Didn't Geri leave originally because of Posh?

Wow what a source, Spice Girls fighting? It MUST be true
And Geri isn't single either, she's dating David Walliams or whatever his name is. So much for this story. |

TBH I was a fan of them. Great pop anthems. Amazing dynamics. But this whole come back was a bad idea and has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Some things are best just left aren't they. Sometimes we all wish for a comeback of our favourite acts but it's best we don't have it. Now when we think of them we'll remember this shambles.

Is she not dating him anymore or something? I've not really been following to be honest. |

TBH I don't think we will really find out the real reason why the tour is being cut short, however I have a number of theories but I don't even believe their official statement from their website.

I could always sense tension between them when there were interviews.

Well there is this report from the news of the world, not the most reliable of sources but there is a claim that it took SEVEN takes to finish this video claiming they were still friends — because they couldn't stop rowing.
Was the youtube video just another PR stunt? I would say yes because I maintain the family commitments excuse is lame. NOTW LINK |

lol as soon as I see daily star or news of the world I switch off! I really pitty the people that by those newspapers!
Apparently the news of the world claims the recent appology video from the spice girls was a publicity stint and during filming the girls were fighting and all told geri to *uck off! Firstly the tickets are sold the girls are coming to an end what publicity do they need? Secondly non of those girls would yell geri to f*ck off just because she wanted to read a poem. |

Hmm well if that's true it's a bit like a child's fight really.
But as someone said, the Daily Star and an Anonymous source doesn't exactly point to a reliable story. Who cares now anyway? The tour has ended, nothing else can be done. |
