Well as it looms ever nearer time for the annual speculation with what we think series 4 is going to bring..based obviously on the few facts we know already.

My tuppence worth is given cloning features prominently in the next series, returning companions and the fact RTD and co have said that the hand in the jar will also play an important plot function is could the Rose, SJS, CJ etc be clones themselves or in fact Donna be the evil clone as many have suggested she might be evil in S4 and/or the hand be used to clone a new race of Time Lords to be used to defeat the newly created Daleks by Davros who may or may not be returning.

Sounds so complicated and convoluted it could be a RTD script.

I might expect a big twist concerning the Sontarans, taking into account they are a race of clones and their actual origins have never been properly explained.

Not sure about the 'evil Donna' scenario. I think it would be an interesting twist, but I can't help but think RTD would be too mindful of the family audience. Great for an adult audience, but I think it wouldn't go down at all well with children.

The Doctor's hand? Well, there's an interesting ring from the Master's corpse which would probably fit on one of those fingers.

And I still think Davros will make an appearance. The Sun's rarely been wrong!

Well the hand in the jar will feature and it will obviously have something to do with extracting DNA. However, going by past experience of fan speculation of previous series, the ideas that appear on these forums tend to be more exciting than what actually happens (the Masters return in Utopia and exception). The hand will probably feature merely as a device to bring the Doctor back to life
