Do you cook extra nice meals at the weekend? What do you cook? I find I don't have as much time as I would like to prep food during the week, so I REALLY look forward to cooking at the weekends

scrambelled eggs on toast

usually have lunch out

Saturday evening
Making a homemade curry Mmmmm

Sunday morning
sausages, pudding, mushrooms and egg - proper breakfast

Sunday lunch
roast beef, yorkshire puds, roast potatoes, broccolli, gravy
home made apple crumble with custard for dessert

After lunch go for a LONG walk to try and walk some of it off

Sunday teatime
cold beef sandwiches made with leftovers

Well tomorrow I am going to be cooking

Roast brisket for lunch.
Then I have goujons for dinner

Sunday I have got mince and vegetables for lunch
Not sure about dinner.

Bacon sarnies for brunch tomorrow and for dinner we're having lamb shanks with cous cous.

We're going out for Sunday lunch - Mr Fizz picking up the tab because it's my birthday on Monday

Porridge for brekfast both days.

Sat;

Lunch- bacon rolls, rolls frrsh from the village baker

Dinner- Rib Eye teak, jacket potatoes, roast mushrooms and onions

Sun;

Lunch- pate and toast

Dinner- lamb shanks slow cooked with white beans, onions and mushrooms. Broccoli, carrots and peas, Won't bother with potatoes as we have beans.

Today

Chicken & salad Baguette
Tonight: homemade tuna burgers & salad

Tomorrow
Poached eggs on toast
Homemade lasagne with spinach
