If I bought a landline phone in the UK, does anyone know if it would work in Denmark. I want to send a gift

You'll need to buy them an adaptor.
http://www.revealcable.co.uk/acatalo..._Adapters.html 7th one down It might also be possible to either have the plug changed, or if phone wire unplugs fron the phone, get a wire with the danish plug on |

Many thanks, shame they are out of stock. I wonder if because the phone is cordless you don't have to plug the adapter into the mains.

Prob be easier top purchase a phone from a Danish site? Or send the money over with instruction on what it's to be used for. It'll be cheaper either way.
