I know there are a fair few who loathe this song (because of overplay, I've read) but I can still enjoy listening to it, for some reason. It's been out since October (I think I might've heard it in September even) and I just saw the video for it again on The Hits and had to pause my driving DVD-rom so I could listen to it and watch it. Anyone else?

I never liked it and now I hate it. It is everywhere.

My sister used to love it but she hates it now. It's been played to death.

I used to absolutely love it, now I'm not too fussed. If it comes on a music channel or the radio, sometimes I'll listen and sometimes I won't. It has been played to death but I don't dislike it. Still love Leona though, Better In Time and Take A Bow are my new favourites.

Still love it and always will do, it's an amazing song.

I can understand people getting sick of it now, but then again people were saying that after it had been out two weeks, fickle much? I'm glad her new single is coming out soon though so "Bleeding Love" will stop being played and the focus can be on that.

Still love it, amazing song.

There are some songs on the album that I get tired of with overplay (I get back into them later though) but I can't stop listening to Bleeding Love!

And I love that it's being over-played - it's annoying the ones who were saying she would instantly flop with her new single - so it's a constant reminder of how wrong they were!

True, and it's annoying the ones who are still extremely bitter about her success instead of just accepting she's not to their taste but clearly is to a lot of other people.

Nobody is forcing you to open her threads.

I opened the thread to object!

Oh, and I'm not one of 'those' who are bitter about her success, good luck to her, I just think there's too many threads about her!

A fantastic example of saturation.

When I first heard it, I thought "oh dear... it's 1989/90 power ballad time again" and still maintain that - I had enough of power ballads growing up and don't need any more.

Any hope of me liking it was soon smashed when I was walking down the road and heard my friend's housemate belting it out from her bedroom when she was drying her hair...

LOL.

I do agree, people create them in the Showbiz area which is a bit pointless and when her next single was announced, people didn't look before making a new thread so we had like three or something.

Tbh, I'm quite pleased for it to go away for a while. I'm loving "Umbrella" again after we got a break from it.

Neither did I. If I could understand what she's on about it would help. I wonder what it would sound like without the twiddles!

Didn't bother me too much until overplay overload. Christmas was grim.

Have to admit I don't hear it as much these days, though.

Never seen the video.

It would probably sound mediocre, it's her voice that makes the song, as proven by the thousands of covers people have done on Youtube. If you don't like her voice, obviously you won't be a fan of the song which is why I don't like any of Will Young's songs.
