Hi,

I've been looking for a satisfactory LG KU990 deal for some time now as the others were expensive. I finally found a deal on phones4u website which is £40/month 12 month contract giving 500mins and 500texts. They cashback £320. so net line rental per month is £13.33.

The handset is free with this of course.

But my main concern is bad reviews about phones4u shops, not sure how the website is.

I have had on the whole a good experience with e2save, got all my cheques back so far on several different contracts I've had, they just don't offer any good deals anymore.

sigh

I think RDF would agree with me when i say most complaints about mis-selling we get (network Customer service) are about 2 stores

p4u (we got them back ) and cpw

note:- this is of course from my experience and office rumour and may not be founded by fact (in case lawyers are reading this )

I work for 4u, having worked at voda direct for nearly two years.
I heard loads of scary stories about cashback when I worked at voda but 4u are very fair imho.
The only thing that I would say is that you will get naff all support from any 4u store and the repair policy should the handset go wrong is not the most efficient....
They are working to improve their customer service and reputation though!

Ooops
