it'll hold the power for months. but it's worth mentioning that it's not the best thing for a battery to be left at 100% charge. (thye recommend 40%) as it affects the overall performance of the battery.
Intersting. Thank you. So does anyone ever carry a spare mobile battery? I never thought about it before, but now I've got a new phone which drains the battery more, I was just wondering whether to.

if you work with a pc or laptop you could always huck it up to USB and charge when its low if it can do that
Mobile battery life is very disappointing. Not enough where I carry a spare around but it is enough of a problem that I require a charger at work, at home, and in car.
It's not an option to charge at work and I'm not in my car long enough to charge in the car. If you charged it every night even if it was only 50% full, would that make the battery die faster in the long run?
Not with a modern battery and modern phone, you can just plug it in whenever you like. Much of the advice you see on the internet is based on old Nickel Cadmium or Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries and can be safely ignored.

But if I get a spare mobile battery, would I have to keep it at 50% charged?
