To be honest, that was my introduction to them Weird as I have been into 'that' type of music for years.... but never really got into them!

The set list was awesome! They played for hours and played all their hits.... as well as lots from their then forthcoming album (Zeitgeist). He was bloody tall though...

They put on a great show... Here are a few piccies

Billy Corgan

Ginger Reyes

Billy Corgan again

Im seeing them on Saturday at the O2 and cant wait!!!

Love Smashing Pumpkins first saw them just after Siamese dream came out - really lucky to have seen them in a very small venue only about 500 capacity - it was brilliant.

oh Ginger at Reading Festival, i didnt realise but I was staring at her non-stop for a good half an hour!!!

Smashing Pumpkins are an awesome band! I love To Sheila and Tonight Tonight,
although I have to admit they were upstaged by NIN who were on just before them at Reading festival. Wasnt into NIN really before Reading, just watched them because I wanted a good place for the Pumpkins, but goodness me! Their light show made the Smashing Pumpkin's light show look like a night out on Brighton Pier!

The smashing pumpkins are the best band ever! I am kind of envious of you guys having just got into them-I first heard them when I was a very little girl and went from there. MCATIS is a masterpiece and the excitement I then got from getting into all their other stuff was overwhelming!

I went to see them last night and it was spectacular-alot better than when I saw them last year. Still saddened by the absence of james and d'arcy (or even melissa) but I suppose as long as jimmy powerhouse chamberlain and billy corgan are there I will be happy.

The setlist is amazing, so I hope whoever is going cherishes the gig!

The setlist is up on their site. The seem to be keeping the same setlist for each one of these UK dates-which is a bit weird for billy. I was really hoping they would play bodies, alas but no luck!

Goin to see them at Manchester Arena tonight. Can't wait.

Everyone should get there nice and early cos one of the best 'barely known' bands around are opening for them.
Anyone who's never heard of OCEANSIZE best get ready for some 8 minute epics.

Also, Pisces Iscariot and Gish are really underrated Pumpkins albums.
