O2 Pay as you Go - calls

Hi.

If you have an O2 pay as you go and you have no credit, can you still receive calls and / or texts?

Or does it just tell you that you have a missed call once the caller has ended the call?

I don't know if they've changed the T&C's, but it used to be you had to make an outgoing call every 90 days to keep the account active, but you could receive calls in the meantime.
