I've not seen it in the tube before i always see it in cans still. Im interested in the tubed form though because as you say no need for a spoon.
"Carnation Condensed Milk - Squeezy" - can get it in any supermarket, my wee local spar even stocks it, and theres somebody selling it on ebay

Pilchards in oil and chillies, straight from the tin, just about every other night when I get in from work. Yum.

A perfect poached egg on griddled green olive bread - that wonderful moment when you cut into the egg yolk and it oozes over the bread. Yum.

Don't blush - if you like it, so what! One of my loves is brown sauce sarnies (no butter as it spoils the taste of the sauce)

used to be condensed milk, using a spoon and straight from the tin

nowadays it comes in a tube - no spoon to wash
Here here, my gran never had a fridge, and always had an open tin of conny onny in the cupboard.

I love Farrows Marrowfat peas....and the absolute best, most delicious way to eat them, is straight from the tin, with a spoon catching every drop of the water they are in.
Now you're talking! It used to be a drunken treat of mine after a few pints to have marrofat peas straight from the tin with a splodge of tomato ketchup mixed in. Used to have this combination on white sliced bread too
